We use high-quality materials including 18k gold vermeil, 925 sterling silver, and ethically sourced gemstones. All our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic to ensure comfort for sensitive skin.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in the provided Aglaea pouch and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, every Aglaea Jewellery piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.
